2. The character of our content
We operate solely as an independent review platform and informational catalogue dedicated to resort accommodation, destination hotels, and leisure properties.
- For research only
- All reviews, amenity notes, tier rankings, and scores are provided for general travel research and holiday planning purposes.
- Editorial independence
- Our criteria express subjective editorial assessments, guided by hospitality industry standards and a published scoring framework.
- No reservation service
- We do not run a travel agency, operate a reservations desk, or manage any hospitality or entertainment venue.
3. Copyright and permitted use
All original text, tier structures, analytical scorecards, styling, marks, and design elements belong exclusively to the publication and its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence permits viewing and printing individual pages for personal planning. It does not permit you to:
- Republish, redistribute, or syndicate our editorial critiques absent explicit written consent.
- Deploy scrapers, crawlers, or automated extraction tools against our ranking database.
- Modify our assessments or build derivative works from our published comparison tables.
4. Accuracy and currency
We make reasonable efforts to check resort details, amenity information, and local conditions; even so, properties revise their offerings and rules regularly.
No warranty is offered, expressly or by implication, regarding the completeness, correctness, or currency of venue schedules, room features, or local services. Verify critical details with the property before you book.
5. Third-party links and providers
Links to external hotel sites, accommodation providers, and tourist boards appear throughout the publication solely to help you navigate.
Third-party properties, their operating terms, their security posture, and their booking contracts are outside our control. You follow external links at your own risk.
6. Your obligations as a reader
In using this publication you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international law. In particular, you must not:
